Jean-Baptiste Kaloya

Web designer, developper
Loving clear, minimal user interfaces

By the way, I'm also

Webdesigning is a way to challenge our creativity.

I am a 16 year old creative Parisian student fond of webdesign and development.
I’ve always been interested in the world of technology and I started programming when I was 12.
From that moment on I enhanced my skills by learning server management and new languages such as Python.
My skills and knowledge are self taught but after I graduate I want to start a computer engineering school.
Beyond that and in my spare time, I am a photographer and a tennis player (not a professional one but I’m working on it ! )
I also love to share most of what I do on social networks such as Twitter, Instagram, 500px or Vimeo !

December 2010

After several months spent learning Web technologies, I released my first website on the 3rd of December 2010. It was called JBKaloya.com and dealt with video tutorials.

January 2012

2012 was a year of experiment: a friend of mine and I create a PHP Framework called Veloce (Quick in Italian). I was also chosen by a photographer for the webdesign of her portfolio.

At the end of 2012, I started a secret project called Toolbox. After months and months of dev, it was renamed CodingBox and was an intelligent and evolutive coding environment for dev. Unfortunatly the project was canceled for severals reasons such as server prices or big data problems. 2012 was also the year Pixelsdev was released.
